By using FreeTempEmail you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

FreeTempEmail provides free, temporary, disposable email addresses that receive messages for a short period (approximately 10 minutes) before being permanently deleted. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Addresses and messages are transient by design and may be deleted at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FreeTempEmail to:

• break any law, or facilitate fraud, phishing, or harassment;
• register for or access accounts where doing so violates that service's own terms, or to evade bans, security controls, or identity verification;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• receive messages containing unlawful content.

Disposable email is not suitable for important or long-lived accounts (banking, primary identity, account recovery). You are responsible for how you use generated addresses.

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee delivery, availability, or that any address or message will persist. You may permanently lose access to a message when it expires. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

4. Advertising & privacy

The service is supported by advertising. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
